Our Difference
What is different about Ansh Health Associates
Ansh Health Associates is the private telepsychiatry practice of Dr. Hardik Yadav, serving adults across Maryland entirely by video. Rates, visit lengths, and who you see are all stated on this page.
One psychiatrist, every visit
You see Dr. Yadav himself, from your first consult through every follow-up. He is the only provider at the practice, so the psychiatrist adjusting your medication is the one who took your history.
Medication and therapy in the same appointment
Therapy approaches sit inside the same appointment as your medication review, which is part of why follow-ups run about 30 minutes. When dedicated therapy is what you need, he says so and refers you.
A real evaluation
Your first visit runs a full 60 minutes, long enough for a detailed personal and family history before any treatment plan.
Care that is measured
Dr. Yadav tracks progress with the PHQ-9 for depression, the GAD-7 for anxiety, the ASRS for ADHD, and the MDQ for bipolar disorder, and he can order pharmacogenetic testing to guide the choice of medication.
Private by design
Dr. Yadav does not contract with insurance, and that is a deliberate choice that keeps your care off your insurance record, with a superbill available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Addiction medicine, entirely by video
Suboxone maintenance for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder treatment are handled entirely by video, with no in-person visit required.
Rates published before you book
The 60-minute initial evaluation is $350 and follow-up visits are $200, paid before the visit by credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card. The pricing page lists the CPT codes and Tax ID you need if you file for out-of-network reimbursement.
Statewide by video, evenings and weekends
You can see Dr. Yadav from anywhere in Maryland, entirely by video, with evening and weekend times. Most new patients book the 60-minute initial visit within the same week of the free consult.
