About Ansh Health Associates
Ansh Health Associates is the private telepsychiatry practice of Dr. Hardik Yadav, a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience. The practice cares for adults across Maryland entirely by video, treating depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and substance use disorders.
How the practice works
You work with Dr. Yadav directly at every visit, from the first consult through each follow-up, with no rotating providers. Your first appointment runs a full 60 minutes so he can take a detailed personal and family history, and he tracks progress with standard measurement tools rather than impressions. He manages medication and provides therapy in the same appointment.
The practice is cash-pay and does not contract with insurance, a deliberate choice that keeps your care off your insurance record, with a superbill available on request.
